Getting Started with CoopPay: Registration Guide
Welcome to CoopPay! Before diving into the convenience of our app, let's get you registered and ready. Follow these simple steps:
- Download CoopPay: Get the app from the App Store or Play Store.
- Create Your Account:
- Tap 'Get Started'.
- Step 1: Sign In Information
- Account Type: Choose “Personal”.
- Username: Select a simple username for transactions. Keep it short.
- Password: Create a secure password, meeting the character requirements.
- Co-op Membership: Indicate if you're a member of a listed cooperative.
- Unit: Select your cooperative (if applicable).
- Referral Source: Optionally tell us how you discovered CoopPay.
- Click “Continue” to move to the next step.
- Step 2: Contact Information
- Fill in your personal details.
- Agree to Pouch.ph's Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
- Tap “Create Account” to proceed.
- Step 3: Verification
- Check for a verification code sent to your email and mobile.
- Enter the code to verify your contact details.
- Set and confirm a four-digit PIN.
- Complete Account Setup:
- Tap the notification to verify your account fully.
- Agree to the policies and guidelines.
- Provide necessary documents, financial, and personal information.
- Upload ID, a selfie with your ID, and your signature.
Note: Full-user KYC verification takes 24-72 hours. Once verified, you'll receive your Netbank account number and gain full access to CoopPay features.
